Yes. Your BeautyOS subscription is £49/month (or £490/year). The only additional costs are SMS texts (~3p each via Brevo) and card processing fees (Stripe's standard 1.5% + 20p, billed directly by Stripe). We don't mark up either. The pricing breakdown is on this page above — we publish it because we think you deserve to know exactly where your money goes.
Unlimited. You can add as many staff members as your salon has, assign them individual login credentials, and control what each person can see and do with role-based access (Admin, Manager, Therapist, Viewer). We never charge per user — a salon with 15 therapists pays the same as one with 2.
Every BeautyOS account includes a fully branded client-facing website. It shows your treatments, staff, reviews, and a live booking form. Clients can also create an account, log in, and view their booking history. The site pulls directly from your BeautyOS data — when you update your treatment menu, your website updates instantly. You can host it on our domain or point your own domain at it.
Your plan includes 300 SMS texts per month and 5,000 emails per month — both powered by Brevo. The reminder system sends both SMS and email simultaneously for every appointment the day before (Although this can be customised to your needs). 300 texts is enough for a salon with around 10–15 appointments per day. If you need more, Brevo charges ~2.7p per additional text directly to you — we add no markup.
Yes. BeautyOS has GDPR tools built in from the ground up. Client consent is tracked for data processing and marketing separately. You can view, export, or anonymise any client record. The system records consent timestamps so you have an audit trail. Your data is stored in a private PostgreSQL database hosted in Europe (Frankfurt).
