Yes. Your BeautyOS subscription is £49/month (or £470/year). This includes 300 SMS texts and 5,000 emails every month — enough for most salons. If you need more SMS texts, top-ups are available at transparent prices: 100 texts for £3.50, 300 texts for £9.00, 500 texts for £14.50, or 1,000 texts for £30.00. Unlimited. You can add as many staff members as your salon has, assign them individual login credentials, and control what each person can see and do with role-based access (Admin, Manager, Therapist, Viewer). We never charge per user — a salon with 15 therapists pays the same as one with 2.
Every BeautyOS account includes a fully branded client-facing website. It shows your treatments, staff, reviews, and a live booking form. Clients can also create an account, log in, and view their booking history. The site pulls directly from your BeautyOS data — when you update your treatment menu, your website updates instantly. You can host it on our domain or point your own domain at it.
Your plan includes 300 SMS texts and 5,000 emails per month. Appointment reminders are sent automatically the day before — both SMS and email fire at the same time. 300 texts covers around 10–15 appointments per day. If you need more, top-ups start from £3.50 for 100 texts and can be purchased any time from within the app. Everything is managed for you — there is no technical setup required.
